Lincoln rorrosants all that which is best in American life. Under every disadvantage of birth, he raised himself by his own efforts to the level of the best statesman of the day. His sincerity, his straight forwardness, his keen perception of right and wrong, were all enforced by a sense of humor and kindliness of bearing that havo endoarod hi.m to the nation, and the world. He stood insults from his inferior officers while in office because he v/as uncertain of his position--- yet he emerged a masterful leader. The Institutes sponsored by' the Boyig Conference .are soon to be changed to a new locality. Los Angeles seems the next place to be that will hold an Institute. So club leaders be on the lookout for the next announcement of an Institute.
