May I congratulate you on your fine bilingual paper. I had the privilege of reading it at my mother’s house in San Antonio recently. Certainly enjoyed reading the Jan. 24 edition with all those pictures of Rudy R. Flores on his ‘"Welcome Home Reception” after working with Governor Dolph Briscoe at the Capitol in Austin as a Special Assistant;.
Rudy certainly deserves the grand recognition. Glad to see also that
