Southwest Texas Junior College Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Thursday in the Richarz Administration Building concerning adoption of an operating budget for the 1979-80 academic year.
In addition to employing new personnel, the board will continue its discussion of the procedure to follow in constructing an office building in Del Rio.
