El joven Sepeda de 21 anos es hijo de la Sra. Manuela Sepeda y se encuentra en el Hospital Metodista de San Antonio en estado muy critico. Aunque lleva varias 131 E. Leona. El estudiaba en la Universidad Southwest Texas State en San Marcos de donde graduaría el proximo mes de Mayo el estudiaba para licensiado.
