De Verano Empieza
El Program de Recreación de Verano 1979 de la Ciudad de Uvalde dara principio el proximo martes bajo la dirección del Coach John Ferrara.

Las actividades para el verano incluyen natación en la alberca del Centro Cívico, juegos de ‘dodge ball’, basketball, pelota y weight lifting en el gimnacio un torneo de tennis del 19 al 23 de junio un torneó de golfo el 21 de junio y encuentro de carreras (track) el jueves, 14 de junio.
Las actividades en el gimnasio de la Junior High son para los ñiños de todas las edades y habra dos horarios de 1 a 5 p.m. y de 7 p.m. a 9 p.m.
de 9 a 12 a.m. y el costo de registracion es de 50 centavos. El costo por cada lección es de 25 centavos y duraran de Mayo 30 a Junio 28. Las instrucciones estarán a cargo de entrenadores Uvalde High
