Our people settled this country, California, flew Mexico, Arliona and Texas - maybe not our people directly by far, nv'ties, but still our people. What has the borderline between Mexico and the United States to classify these' people as differnnt?
Have you ever noticed how other people boast of hov; much Indian or Hawaiian blood they have -- for example, Vice-President Garner and Will Rogers? Yet those who are part of Anglo-Saxon descent and part Mexican more often say they are of the Anglo-Saxon descent, or of Spanish descent". Vfhy? Because they're ashamed of their Mexican ancestry. Mot of it, but of the name. Yet our blood is more closely related to the "pure white" than either the Polynesian (Hawaiian) or the Indian. VJhich loads to this — that our name must be raised! We must show people that we have a desire to raise ourselves, and education is the tool to this.

For example, people once thought Indians the meanest people on earth. Novr they're respected. Why? Because of their desire to be educated, to uplift them -selves. The same with the Hawaiians. Duke Kananuka, ex-world's champion swimmer, is sheriff of Honolulu, This same condition MUST be worked out for our people.
