El Taoseño was a Spanish-language newspaper published in Taos, New Mexico, by editor Felix D. Valdes (1887 –1973). Valdes had previously served as a long-term editor of the Spanish section of the Taos News newspaper. His relative (possibly uncle), Inocencio Valdez, was one of the original founders of Taos News when it was known as “El Crepúsculo.” El Taoseño focused on discrimination and local and national news.
