Grades 6-12
Students will read and analyze Calaveras found in Calaveras Antiguas de “El Mañana.” Students will then use Calaveras as a model to write their own.
Grades 8-12
Students will analyze “La Nueva Cancion” found in Accion. Then they will research labor unions songs and compare “La Nueva Cancion '' to a labor union song of their choice.
