El Liberal era un periódico en español mensual publicado en Tijuana, Baja California, México por Marco Antonio Romero A en 1972 y luego se unió Enrique Mendez en 1973. El Liberal publicaba artículos sobre política, karate, noticias locales. Además incluye entrevistas, un obituario, caricaturas políticas y anuncios.
